We had a fantastic experience at this venue! The location in a different dining area provided us with a unique and enjoyable culinary experience. The service was exceptional, with room service available and a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, a mini-bar, and a terrace to relax on. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient feature. The garden furniture added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like family, accommodating both us and our canine friend throughout our stay. Their attention to detail when it came to our dietary restrictions was commendable, providing us with delicious alternatives every time. The views from the sun terrace were breathtaking and made for a truly memorable experience. Additionally, the hotel's wellness center provided a great way to relax, especially when the weather was rainy. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, exploring the historic center and receiving a complimentary ticket for the chairlift. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable.

This hotel is the epitome of charm and elegance in the mountains! Everywhere we look, there's a picturesque view of the nature, which we loved. the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with free wifi access. Our favorite part was the top sun deck and jacuzzi with stunning views out over the mountains. We were looking forward to the breakfast every morning, and we were never disappointed. the staff members were exceptional, especially Mariagrazia who made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
Our only small concern was the steep hill leading up to the hotel, which was a bit difficult for some of our group members to climb.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with beautiful wooden finishings and outstanding views of the surrounding scenery. The hotel's location in a colorful alpine village was ideal for hiking and biking enthusiasts. We were also pleased with the staff's helpfulness and the delicious meals, especially for those with dietary restrictions.
One downside we experienced during our stay was the assigned seating in the dining room, which was based on our room number and sometimes resulted in less-elegant seating with no view. the hotel's location up a steep hill may be a bit challenging for those arriving by bus or with heavy luggage, but overall did not detract from our enjoyable experience.

Loved how close it was to hiking trails and great restaurants. the view was breathtaking from the balcony, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options for all. the indoor pool was relaxing and peaceful.
Getting to the hotel was tricky with such narrow roads, especially if you have a larger vehicle. the parking was limited and required a bit of maneuvering.
